For fifteen years, she led high-performing teams in high-pressure corporate environments. She has also developed and led well-being programmes for organisations in the private and public sectors.
By nature, she is driven, ambitious, sensitive, and empathetic. This combination of traits enabled her to be a high performer in the corporate world, but it also made her more prone to emotional overwhelm, anxiety, burnout, and self-doubt.
Her work now is everything she needed in her earlier career as a professional trying to excel at work and believe in herself.
